Complete with a self check-in combined you have no already started your holiday over and hour ahead of everyone else.

You are Harbour side on the flat road that is Church Street, no hills to climb back and forth. Apartment building that you are the very top of at the Abbey side so unobstructed views the best this exclusive area has to offer.

Two Bedroom Apartment with gloriously comfy King & SuperKing Beds. An open plan kitchen to lounge with views out the Harbour to the Abbey & St Mary's Church. Opposite seasonally Steam Trains can be seen entering the Station and powering on the opposite bank and up the Esk Valley. Not forgetting the bird and seal watching opportunities over the River Esk below you. (Yes we provide you with a telescope)

Fully Double glazed so very little harbour, seagull noises to disturb, steam trains, though opening the window these is half the magic. 55” Smart TV, Wifi, Full fridge/freezer, Oven, Hob, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Maker, Intercom system answer to the front door. This apartment has been refitted with Brand New Oil Filled Electric Radiators throughout.
Accessibility
While this apartments measurements are built to manoeuvre a wheelchair, no step parking to Lift there are currently no further accessible adaptations. The Bathroom is a shower over a bath tub. Unfortunately the building rules state there are no charging of cars or mobility scooters/walkers.

Apartment Rules: One Dog is permitted during your stay. Sorry Exclusively for Adults only. No charging of vehicles (cars, bikes, wheelchairs, e scooters or mobility scooters), this is throughout the entire building. No guests staying over night, a maximum occupancy of 2 Adults and one dog. No gatherings or parties. Only one named parking space. All parking around is designated. Strictly No Smoking Apartment and no powerful or heavy scented e cigs. Car parking is available from Check in time and to be vacated at check out time this is due to needing the keys and available parking for the cleaner.
